HSSTTP 2019
Higher Secondary School Teachers’ Transformation Program (HSSTTP) was conducted by Department of Physics for the second time from November 01 to 10, 2019. The program included extensive lectures on essential topics at higher secondary level and advanced levels. Several sessions were dedicated to imparting skills in laboratory and computing. Innovative demonstrations of physics were introduced to the participants. Interactive sessions on topics aimed at gaining a broad view of the methods and philosophy of science were part of the program. Dr. K. P. Satheesh, Dr. N Shaji, Prof V. Vijayakumar, Dr. Bobby Jose, Mr. Ravi Shankar, Dr. K M Udayanandan and Jose Wilfred were the speakers for these sessions. Dr. Pramod Dominic and Madhu K from the department gave lectures on post graduate level topics in physics. Ms. Benazeera Begum (HSST, GHSS Kuttamassery), Ms. Geetha Kumari S (Principal Girls’ GHSS Aluva) and Madhu K coordinated the program.
