FLAIR International Internship
The FLAIR(Fostering Linkages in Academic Innovation and Research) program is being set up in the Kerala state to infuse new vigour in the higher education and promote mentoring for the young faculty members to enable them to act as Change Managers for raising the standards of our educational institutions and also to bring in a new academic culture in the State. The scheme would rest upon three pillars namely, academic innovation, research excellence and expert linkages.
As part of FLAIR, Dr. Reshmi R from our Department completed the short term international internship program at University of Durham,U K from February 7th to March 7th 2015. This internship was meant to identify some best practices in learning, teaching, administration and research at the university.
